TOBY KEITH EMPTIES CHAMBERS FOR BULLETS

(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) When a recording artist has been as consistently successful for as long as Toby Keith has, the launch of a new album carries certain expectations. But with whispers growing that the Oct. 5 Bullets In The Gun is the best-written, most diverse and commercially embraceable collection of his career, expectations rise several levels. And national media are taking notice. Toby will visit the Today Show, FOX & Friends and Huckabee with Mike Huckabee (FOX) Oct. 1, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Oct. 6 and Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson Oct. 7. On The Record with Greta VanSusteren (FOX News) is set for Oct. 1 and his CMT Invitation Only airs Oct. 8. Other TV bumps include Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, a Sept. 30 run with FOX affiliates nationwide, GAC's On The Road late in September, GAC Headline Country, CMT Insider and CMT Canada. On Oct. 25 in Green Bay, WI, Toby will host the two-hour WWE Raw. Print media started with a People Country cover story (September), Country Weekly cover story (Sept./Oct. split), Billboard interview (syndicated via Reuters and Yahoo), Associated Press, Maxim, USA Today Weekend, the international Linedancer Magazine, People.com, Oklahoma Magazine and his home state daily newspaper the Oklahoman. Other major market papers featuring Keith are the Boston Herald, Boston Globe, Cincinnati Times Ledger, Boston's Patriot Ledger, Tacoma News Tribune, Detroit's Oakland Press and many more. Upcoming album reviews include People and Entertainment Weekly. Radio interviews are also scheduled for top stations in major markets: Chicago, Hartford, Boston, Washington, Atlanta, Tampa, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Phoenix and Portland, among others. National interviews include XM Satellite Radio, Clear Channel's iHeartRadio and the syndicated Lia Show. Bullets In The Gun not only includes 10 of Toby Keith's best compositions to date, a Deluxe Edition also includes four live cuts from his recent Incognito Bandito performance at New York's Fillmore.
